A living breathing PowerPoint presentation. The Vodafone Methodology Matrix is a tool created to take an in-depth look at the processes of a business customer and highlight key parts that can be improved.
By sitting down with the customer and asking them questions about their processes, the member of the Advisory Services team would input the responses into an Excel document attached to the deck.
When all information was inputted, the deck would then be capable of highlighting which processes were under- or overperforming, accompanied by an overview slide of all the processes and raw data for each. The Advisory Services team are then able to open a conversation with each of their clients specifically about their data to improve their business operation and costs.
